Art of Yoga was a BLAST!

Had such a great time working with all the students, from little ones to teenagers to Moms, who participated in the Art of Yoga workshop for Haiti @ Alluem Yoga! Their willingness to go far beyond their comfort zones to do something of substance for a loving purpose blew my mind.

The works they created are gorgeous and will be available for auction at the Holiday Gala Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 10th @ 7PM, which will include live music, fine art, yummy snacks and all your good vibes.

There's even a video! Thanks Karen!

Organized by owner / instructor, Gina Pachkowski and fellow artist and yoga instructor, Karen Gilmour, this event was created in support of Off the Mat Into the World Seva - Haiti to send resources and hands-on community service to the hard working people of Haiti as the whole population moves forward in rebuilding the country with their usual, powerful Haitian spirit. So proud of my people!

NEXT UP: MUSIC !!!

OK, switching gears now from a paintbrush to a microphone, I'll be singing my heart out for you, accompanied by guitarist / vocalist, Mike Tichy and joined by more fellow musicians to keep the jams going, so I'm looking forward to seeing you out there @ Alluem Yoga!

NOTE: We're doing this Haitian style, like a Carnaval, so bring your glittery masquerade masks, glow sticks, whistles and noise makers.

It's gonna be a sweet jam!
